Cheney resignation?

In this giddy but unfocused period, it's tempting to take this as a sign the big guns are going down, but I wouldn't put any money on Cheney "spending more time with his family" any time soon.

Also, with characters like Cheney and Rove, having them resign could make them more dangerous. It's not like they're going to *stop* pulling dubya's puppet strings...
