Rub them with castor oil (or the juice you get when you drain tuna) and write "No occupant by that name. Return to sender" and stick them all in the mailbox. A week with the nice warm USPS and they'll smell like a cat's wet dream.

It'd be good practice for you to decide if that's legal.
