When you makes these lists, does your #7 have to be the ultimate track among all these other #7s?

Well, I make the list based partially on what songs I like and partly on what will fit best on a mixtape. Is Radiohead's "Just" better than "Everybody's Happy Nowadays"? Probably, but it just doesn't work in context.
