Nope, but it looked a little hairy for a minute.

I knew it was coming, but there was no warning that the Air and Water Show performers would start practice a day early, sending sonic blast waves across most of the city. In Lakeview, River North and even Roscoe Village, I first heard the plane, looked up in all directions, then caught a quick glimpse of the famous Blue Angels before they dissapeared behind a building or a tree. The only good place to get a view for more than a split second is to go to the lakefront or to the top of a tall building.
