Best case name of the year: State of New Jersey v. One 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. New Jersey is the state that is by far the least likely to prosecute Trans Ams, so this one must have done something really awful. Like total a Camaro.

I don't. How can you sue a trans am?
Yeah, how can one sue a Trans Am, and can there be more such activity?
In this case, it was an issue of forfeiture. It was a dad's Trans Am used in a crime (incidentally, the stealing of the T-Top off a Corvette) by kids without his knowledge.
